Room was spacey. The staff had a single staff member rushing to keep up with breakfast. He did a fantastic job but we felt bad for him with the holiday guests. The suite had a toilet that had plumbing issues and got clogged. We heard that this has been a recurring issue. Hopefully they can get it fixed soon.

the place was clean but the workmanship in the bathroom was amateurish. And the door was hard to close. something was wrong with the door. breakfast was lmited but coffee was better than the other hotels that we stayed at during ourtrip.

First, the girl at the front desk told us we did not have a reservation, which was a lie. So we had to book a night directly there. Turns out she had given our room to someone else! She didn’t check IDs to even confirm properly. Once we did book, all night it kept sounding like someone was trying to break into our room. When we tried to shower it took almost 20mins for the water to get warm

Hotel is brand new and of course, spotless... The staff is really what stood out... Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Beds are comfortable, shower great,rooms are smaller but appointed very well. Breakfast is basic but has hot food! Prices are reasonable for the area. Will stay again.

Everything and everyone was wonderful. My one recommendation is that you request the top floor. Unfortunately there was a late check in above us and there is no sound dampening between floors so it sounded like a herd of elephants for about an hour while they were getting ready for bed.

Yes. At check-in our room wasn't clean from previous occupants, so had to go back down and wait for another room. That room hadn't been touched for awhile, very dusty, and smelled awful. Beware if traveling alone, very secluded; nothing in walking distance!

Staff very courteous and attentive. Room was very clean, quiet. Breakfast buffet excellent with scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, oatmeal and various breads and cereals. Dining area very clean with an attendant present the entire time making sure there were no shortages of food. I stayed at an Avid Hotel in North Platte NB which had the same high standards as here in Fort Stockton.
