This ultra-modern high-rise building is located in the Historic River District area within Downtown Fort Myers. It overlooks the Caloosahatchee River and has quick access to US-41, I-75, MLK Jr Blvd, as well as Public Bus Transportation. This makes it easy for you to reach the best destinations in town, including Florida Repertory Theatre, JetBlue Park, Fort Myers Yacht Basin, FGCU, Lee Memorial Hospital, various restaurants and retailers (within walking distance).

Before you arrive you are required to complete guest verification through a third-party provider TRUVI. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. unique place down towe fort myers

if you want to be a part of old downtown fort myers this is your place the night life of first street is just outside your door. the apartment has all you need clean and great location

Communication was very good

Worked the whole Time I did not enjoy the amenities, but many looked good. Just use a little bit more things in the gym.
