VACATION in this newly renovated beautiful and spacious Cape Coral home right on the canal. Drink your morning coffee dockside of the canal of The Caloosahatchee River which leads out to the Gulf of America. We are very close to the mouth of the river that leads out to the Gulf. Great ease for boaters!

Fish off the dock...snook, crab, stingray! Walk or ride the bikes around the quaint Yacht Club neighborhood.
