"Perfect location, quiet and private building and extremely responsive Host! My husband and I really liked the location. It's on the quieter end of Ft. Myers Beach. It was very convenient to have Publix and Jukanoo's across the street. There is a Lee County transit that picks up right across the street multiple times a day if you don't have a vehicle and wanted to take the transit down to the busier end of the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed in regards to kitchen amenities, bath and bedding. The beach towels that were supplied with the unit were huge and fluffy! The punch key for the door was really convenient. It was nice not to have to carry a key. If you do want to do your laundry it is located in a different section of the building and you have to use quarters (1.75 for washer, 1.75 for dryer). So make sure you have quarters if you plan on doing laundry. We basically had our own private beach. We did see some of the neighbors, but overall it felt like we were the only two there. The neighbors were very kind and helpful to any questions we had. Karen (the host) was very excellent at communication from the start. We communicated via text. Any questions I had she was quick to respond and she was very good about checking in on us to make sure we were doing good and make sure we had everything we needed. Her check out process was probably the best I've ever experienced with any rental I've stayed. Just leave everything. So nice! "
