We loved this gem so much we extended our stay. The staff were great, the location was fantastic right on the beach with views of the inland waterway/sunset and the stunning beach and blue ocean. The amenities were perfect for us, (beach chairs and umbrellas set up each day, beautiful pool and common areas to relax beachfront, boogie boards, bikes). The rooms were newly renovated and stunning, especially for the price - spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

The 2 rooms we had were beautifully renovated, modern, spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee and tea etc. The beds and bedding excellent, the bathroom gorgeous. The view from the large terrace of our second partial ocean view room was fantastic. The staff were lovely and helpful. The setting right on the beautiful beach is ideal and they had towels chairs and umbrellas ready for us every morning. The pool was lovely too and the terrace where you could relax and have coffee and read in the shade. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

I had a very bad experience at Hillsboro Resort by Kasa. Do not trust the pictures posted on the website because they do not reflect the reality of the property. The hotel advertises features that are not accurate. Valet parking is the only option available, and it costs 30 dollars per night, which is not clearly disclosed. They also promote having a restaurant on site, but the restaurant is permanently closed, so there are no food options at the hotel. My room was extremely disappointing. It did not look clean, and I found bed bugs in my bed, which was unacceptable and disturbing. This caused a lot of stress and made the entire stay uncomfortable. Customer service was not helpful, and I did not receive any real solution. The only positive part of the stay was the access to the beach, but everything else fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
