Excellent property with lovely heated pool and amazing views! Rooms are all updated. Beach is very quiet, ocean was lovely and the pool was heated and very enjoyable. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach which was being cleaned at points. Likely just current and time of year. Could use for an extra clean possibly? Valet was good, only complaint is that i could not book a time for my car to already be ready. They work 24 hours so this was a minor issue. Lovely hotel would highly recommend and would stay again!

The property has very easy access to the ocean and overall was very clean. However, no daily cleaning or fresh towels unless you give 24 hour request. When asking for extra towels, the cleaners did not want to give any because we didn't request 24 hours earlier. There is a one cup coffee maker in the room, but the attached restaurant doesn't open until 8:30am, so we drove 2 miles for coffee at a seven eleven each morning. You need to stock up on groceries if you want something cold in the morning. Lastly, there is no restaurants/bars within walking distance, so you need to call valet for your car many times a day. We would not stay there or in the area ever again, need to be closer to some action.

The main areas of the resort were kept up with. The main gripe I had the entire trip was no onsite parking. They clearly had a garage downstairs and open spots on the main floor, with overflow parking across the street. But they still charge you for valet parking. It's the only option so you are forced into paying.

Great overall

I enjoyed my short stay here. The staff was wonderful and the room was great and the beach was lovely. Let downs included the slow and small elevator, the small breezeways (I couldn't reach the cart to place my bags on because a housekeeping cart blocked my door & the hall), and the extra fees for everything used or consumed at the property including the restaurant and beach gear. The suite had 2 refrigerators, a microwave, but no kitchen utensils. It was great overall though.

This property was a good value but I didn’t like that you could only eat the food from the restaurant at the pool and in the beach. The restaurant food was extremely bland.

Cleanliness was out of this world ! The smell was amazing ! The attentiveness of the staff was wonderful, even down to the valet service! Would love to stay here again.
