We stayed at Delila’s from 11/6 to 11/12. The photos and description were extremely misleading: the house was nothing like advertised. The unit was not clean on arrival — all the floor boards were extremely dirty, we found dirty towels (with hair still on them), the floor was not cleaned as my 18 month old daughter’s feet were black after waking around and not to mention most of the tiles on the floor were broken. The pots and pans were so dirty and marked up we couldn’t even use them to cook for our 18 month old, let alone there were only 3 forks in the whole house. The bedding had burn marks, peeling paint and dirt marks on all the walls. The house needs a good coat of paint and a ton of TLC! The host was responsive when contacted and did bring us brand new towels (although the cheapest thinnest ones from target) and did have the cleaning people come back (although the house was the same when we returned). I do not recommend this property — it didn’t meet basic cleanliness or accuracy standards. The pictures make it look beautiful, which it probably was when it was first redone 5-6 years ago. We couldn’t wait to check out from this property!!
