We loved the house. The view of the marsh is spectacular! Great bird watching and dolphins off the dock. Quiet neighborhood was nice. The beach is 3 minutes away. House is nicely equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect, fish and crab off the back of the house and 1 block away from the beach on the front side. Loved all the outside area with the swings and hammock. My family had a wonderful stay

Gorgeous views

We love this home and it was our 3rd time renting it. It has beautiful views and easy beach access. The home is comfortable and has so many great features including a dock, decks and outdoor kitchen area.

We loved our stay at this rental. The beautiful views of the marsh and outdoor areas were amazing, and the walk to the beach was easy. The kitchen was well maintained with great appliances, and the house was clean and in excellent condition. We hope to come back again one day!

This place was amazing. Nicely decorated. The location was great. Had the best of both worlds with the river on the backside and the ocean within walking distance. Porch on both the front and back of the house with great views and awesome breeze. The guys enjoyed the crabbing and fishing from the dock. The beds were so comfortable that we all had the best night's sleep every night we were there (better than our beds at home). Would definitely stay here again if we come back to stay in Folly Beach another time.

Best For Fishing Families!

We loved staying here! We spent all day and night crabbing and fishing with the occasional trip into town and to the beach (very short walk away). We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful place to stay with family

We so enjoyed our stay at the house. It was the perfect size. The sunset views on the deck were amazing. Such a peaceful place. Would definitely go back again!

Had the best time! Perfect location - ocean and inter coastal views. Amazing sunsets!

This is our second time at this house. The location on Folly cannot be beat - especially with a young kid (the beach) and an avid fisherman (the dock and river behind the house). The heat didn't work while we were there but the property management acted quickly even on a Sunday providing space heaters and sending a repair man. They listened to our request to have the repair man come after we checked out as well.

Really enjoyed our stay

This house was great! A very quick walk to the beach, which was never crowded, and beautiful views of the sunset behind the house. We really enjoyed crabbing and fishing from the dock and watching the tide go in and out.

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. The marsh view was amazing in the morning and the sunsets were spectacular. Nice quiet area to relax.

We loved this property! It was perfect for fishing in the inlet or spending the day at the beach. The only issue I would have would be the bathrooms are tiny, there is no refrigerator downstairs as pictured. Other than that we are definitely pleased. We will for sure be back again.
