Positive points : internal parking but limited and your car may be blocked by other residents Well equipped rooms the furniture was like 5 stars hotels . Negative points: The AC doesn't work properly, it was really hot there . The lady that did the check in knocked our door strongly and told me that i have change the parking of my car i understand but she spoke loudly with me and this was really disrespectful from her .

Best Choice

Very nice and homely B&B, it is only 15 mins walk from Florence city centre. Parking is also available on-site if you inform them about it, they where also so kind to let us leave the car in the private car park after we checked out as we wanted to go for some brunch in town. The rooms are clean and beautiful looking, we will definitely return as we loved it!

Amazing Service & great location

A great find - we stayed for 2 nights and the owner & property manager are so accommodating. We arrived at 9:30pm and they didn't mind at all. It was safe, clean, and the rooms were modern and comfortable. I would definitely recommend. I would advise letting them know about dietary requirements before you arrive, for breakfast!

We booked this B&B last minute due to certain circumstance. We were so very plaesed with the quick service, the friendliness of staff, and the property itself. What a beautiful B&B. I wish we had seen this from the very beginning. Very cozy, great secure parking, and with in walking to a few eating establishments.

Sara has done a wonderful job with her B&B - fantastic. Beautiful rooms and good area - away from downtown chaos but still close enough with the tram. She is also very knowledgeable of Florence and had a taxi waiting for me when I had to leave at 7am. Highly recommend Villino Fiorentino!

Villino Fiorentino provided us with a good location in which to base our site-seeing of Florence. Private parking was available in the back of the property - small/medium vehicles only! We were warmly welcomed, and quickly shown our room and the breakfast area, and given the keys (and combinations to the property gate and front door). We were offered a snack and coffee as well. Our room was on the 1st floor, next to the street - it was surprisingly quiet. The room, like most in Florence, is small - and the bathroom smaller (barely enough room for 1 person to stand). The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good: cheese, meat, yogurt, cereal, bread, fresh fruit, juice, coffee. They offered can soda for 1 euro (as opposed to most stores charging 2.5 or 3) and bottled water for .5 euro. While there was no one on-site 24/7, emails were answered quickly. We did not mind the 3/4 mile walk into the city, and chose to eat our evening meals at a location away from the touristy area. A train stop is close - just "around the corner" from the B & B - if you don't want to walk. The BEST gelato shop is also there - we were disappointed that we didn't "discover" it until our last night.

It was great to be further away from all the hustle and bustle of the main part of the city...made it much easier to catch our bus tour to Sienna! Our hostess, Sara, was a wealth of information and always available to help or provide information. Her home is just lovely!

Beautiful place with airy, fresh and comfortable rooms. Small and cozy. Even parking on prem. Our stay felt very luxurious. Area is safe and it takes some 15-20 minutes to walk into the city centre, which is perfectly ok if you arrive with car as driving is not permitted in the centre, so this is as close as you get if you don't want fines.

It was not what we expected and our room did not look like the photo. It was a courtyard suite, but we were basically in a converted garage in the yard not attached to the main building. The carpet was old and did not seem clean, and it was two single beds put together to make a queen sized bed. The room was quite tight with a small bathroom. The breakfast was OK, we ended up eating elsewhere. It is a quick cab from the airport which is nice, but a bit of a walk to the city centre (you can also take a tram, but it's just as fast to walk to most of the main sights).
