Santo Spirito Frescoed 6 sleeps apartment

The apartment is located on the second floor, as soon as you enter there is a small 10-step staircase made of pietra serena that takes you to a living room with sofa and TV. From here you can access the first double bedroom that can possibly have an additional single bed in the loft. Also on the second floor we still have 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one without), a second large frescoed master double bedroom, a kitchen equipped with dishwasher and oven, and an incredible dining room completely frescoed to experience all the magic of a lunch or dinner in a Renaissance atmosphere. On the second floor we find a laundry area with washing machine, a third double bedroom with TV and the third bathroom complete with shower.

At your disposal:

WIFI Internet, Air conditioning, TV, Sheets and Towels, Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms including 2 with shower, Hair dryer, Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, Washing machine.

Check-in available between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.

From 10 p.m. to midnight, late check-in is available upon request at an extra cost of €40 to be paid upon arrival.

Had a great stay. Beautiful Italian apartment that is in a top location. Walk out the door and you have Italian coffee, dinners, bakery goods and sandwiches. Hard to top. Please note, the stairway leading in is a somewhat steep. Understood, this is beautiful stair that is part of Italian architecture and adds beauty to the apartment. But it is something one should be aware of in any event.
