It was a wonderful place from which to enjoy Florence and surroundings away from the crowds. I felt I was in the Tuscan countryside yet it was an easy walk into Florence city center.

This property is the perfect place to stay in Florence. The views, gardens, and staff are amazing. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel. Loved that it was outside of City Center but walkable with great views! Shuttle was nice too. Best stay. Highly recommend.

The room and its amenities were adequate , however when we asked the front desk about using the AC we were told it’s not in use for that time of year and so our option would be to use a fan (which was dusty) or open the windows (with the risk of bugs/mosquitos coming inside.) The property grounds itself is very tranquil and beautiful with an amazing garden and wonderful sunset views. Very appropriate for a quiet, relaxing getaway The staff was very pleasant , especially those who worked in the restaurant The breakfast was good with a variety of options. I think the dinner menu could use a better variety of options.

This was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had. We have been to many upscale hotels. But the staff and service were truly exceptional and accommodating. From speaking about things and actually making things happen. To remembering my birthday two days later with a cake on my birthday unprompted. They were truly unbelievably warm, friendly, helpful, and so sweet! I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend!

I complained about our room having mould in bathroom in several places. In the morning we noticed our bedding was stained. So gross! Still waiting for a Manager to contact me. Took pictures and shared with front desk.

When we were invited to an Italian wedding, we jumped at the opportunity to return to Villa Agape after an incredible honeymoon stay last year. This trip also did not disappoint. The staff is so incredibly thoughtful and make sure every detail is tended to. The food is delicious (amazing breakfast,) but the real star of the show is the gardens. They take your breath away every time you step outside. I shed a tear as we left because it had been such a magical way to spend a few days. Shuttle to town is super easy and you feel like you’re in a remote, tranquil villa when in reality you are very close to the hustle and bustle of Florence. We look forward to the chance to return to Villa Agape soon.

Upon arriving, our room was upgraded to a Prince Suite for our Honeymoon, the staff couldn’t have been any friendlier. The A La Carte cuisine was amazing and they provided transportation to the edge of the city upon request, AND picked you up again. And as for the beautiful gardens! We can not praise this gorgeous villa enough and look forward to our next visit.

This is a very nice hotel with a wonderful villa atmosphere. We stayed 4 nights and had breakfast and dinner each night. The food was very good with incredibly beautiful views of the garden and grounds. It was so peaceful after a crowded day in Florence. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel if you want to visit the Florence area . We had the annex room but it was comfortable and spacious . Breakfast was great and the settings are beautiful . They have a shuttle that takes you to the City gate . The only negative is that it runs only until 8pm . The hotel’s restaurant for dinner was good but not great . Overall a very enjoyable stay at this 4 star hotel .

This was a spectacular place to stay. Parking was easy, the room was beautiful. We were able to walk out and wander around the property. The sunset was spectacular. We also enjoyed the dinners. We would definitely come back again.

Beautiful grounds and property. I liked staying outside of the busy part of Florence yet close to everything. Staff was mostly helpful. Room was quite small but charming. Could hear other guests through the vent in the bathroom, and through the walls at night. I’d stay here again, the grounds with the olive grove were a highlight and it was very relaxing to spend time on the terraces.

My wife & I had an excellent stay with outstanding service and a prime location. The breakfast was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return. I was thoroughly impressed. It's just a 20-minute drive from the main area, but it's absolutely worth it. Honestly, this area is remarkably clean and incredibly relaxing.
