Alfani second floor - Three Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 5

A few steps from the Accademia Gallery and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Located on the second floor, the apartment is very comfortable and quiet. It is spread over two floors, therefore it is not suitable for children and guests with reduced mobility. The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette and living room, 2 double bedrooms (possibility of single beds), 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, one of which is private. The apartment is equipped with television, Wi-Fi connection and washing machine. The strategic position allows you to visit the entire historic center of Florence on foot.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of EUR 100 will be charged.
