Very convenient area with shops and restaurants and centrally located near the train station. Very noisy till early gours of the morning making it impossible to rest or sleep. The bars and restaurants have tables outside so there were a lot of people drinking outside and having fun but unfortunately also getting too rowdy and loud. Staff was not friendly at all, ot a welcoming environment. TV was smaller than the navigation system screen in my SUV. Shower was tiny and rusted. Florence is beautiful and has a lot of better lodging options where to stay more comfortably. I would not recommend.

Situated in a fun area just a block from the central train station. Staff was extremely pleasant; room was not fancy but clean and neat. You’re not in Florence to sit in your room, so what you save in accommodations you can spend at aperitivo! Would return in a heartbeat.

The location is great, within walking distance of everything, including the train station. There are excellent dining options nearby. The room and bathroom were clean, and breakfast was decent, with very good coffee. However, because it is located in a busy tourist area, it was very noisy at night, and the windows are not soundproof. Additionally, there is no elevator, and the hotel staff does not offer assistance with carrying luggage to the upper floors..

The location is convenient and staff is friendly. The biggest issue is toooooooo noisy during night. For the 2 nights we stayed, I was woke up by the outside bars and restaurants noise around midnight at every night , and couldn’t fall back to sleep until 3-4 AM the bars were closed. The windows seem couldn’t block the noise at all. Besides, the door lock in the room seems didn’t work well, the door couldn’t close smoothly, so during midnight I was woke up by the slam door sound multiple times. I thought someone didn’t close their door gently, until my son couldn’t close the door in the morning and pulled hardly, I heard the slam-door sound, I realized it’s the door lock issue.
