I stayed in a "business plus" room. It was a nice size, but the TV is small, only 1 pillow is provided (and it's tiny), the duvet is 2/3 the size of the bed and there is no iron in the room. Great location, but the hotel used to allow smoking, and it still smells of cigarettes. Fortunately, the LOOKEN hotel next door is managed by the same staff, and they upgraded us to a much better room (for an additional cost).

"Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel. Die Superior Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgetsattet. Das Restaurant ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet und das Essen war sehr lecker. Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und vielfältig. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr unterschiedlich, von absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit bis "...da ist noch Luft nach oben".
