Room was awful, didn’t smell clean, bathtub and sink clogged, dirty walls, old everything! Needs major overhaul, starting with the rug. We only stayed because we were so tired but I hardly slept, the odor didn’t help. Breakfast left much to be desired, coffee was awful. I have stayed at better less expensive hotels, for the money I paid I expected better😩

The pictures of this property are a little deceiving. The first room they gave me was DIRTY!!! Smoke smell, carpet dirty as well as the tub, The toilet didn't flush, and the duvet had stains on it. They gave us a new room which was a bit cleaner but there was a cockroach in the bed on the day we checked out and even after we showed the front desk attendant a video they did not refund any of our money and said it may have crawled in when we opened the door. I would not suggest this property if you like clean rooms.

I had to argue with hotel staff to get a facecloth because they insisted the room already had one....but it did not. Ridiculous. Also the bed cover on one bed was stained. "Watermark" they said. My daughter ate the free breakfast ..cereal and milk and became ill within minutes. Milk was borderline. Air conditioner barely worked. Overall this place was the pits.

Needs a lot of work.

This place needs a lot of work and cleaning. After checking in and seeing the room and parking lot, we left and got another hotel. We didn't feel safe, comfortable or clean.
