The room had roaches and the ceiling in the bathroom was damaged. The wall behind the door had a hole in it from the door handle. On top of that the air conditioning had buttons broken on it. The carpet felt sticky to bare feet and the bottom of the trash can was so dirty I couldn't tell if it was a sludge from stuff being forgot down there or mold growing.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I would not recommend this Quality Inn. The quality was very poor, the inn was very run down. Filthy carpets in lobby and rooms. Not that we planned to use it but the pool was covered and not usable. The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke, we were moved to a room that smelled a little better. The toilet would not flush and bathtub was old and moldy. Bed sheets and towels were clean. No coffee machine in rooms and breakfast provided was minimal.

Staff was friendly but room was a disappointment. It was hot and took a while to cool down fridge didn't work and no ice machine anywhere on 2nd floor. Also was a used bar of soap in the shower and freezer to mini fridge looked like a coke exploded and only the can was removed frozen coke still there.
