Eric & Neda were great hosts & their home was perfect for hosting our small wedding. They anticipated every need & were quick to answer any questions that came up. The home was absolutely stunning & was very organized & clean. I loved that the game room had some activities for our 18 month old (some books & pop-it’s). Overall we loved it there & we hope to be back!!

This place has EVERYTHING! Appliances, dishes, towels, games, pool, hot tub, grill, bar. Nice neighborhood, beautiful property. My guests absolutely loved it and we all were so comfortable for our stay. I love this house, I might come back for our anniversary.

We had a wonderful stay. There was something doe everyone at this house. Spaceous accomodations, a well stocked kitchen, a great pool for the kids and the game room had everyone entertained. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the area.

The home is spacious, very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has room to comfortable sit 16-19 people for meals. The amenities are outstanding: pool, jacuzzi, putting green, corn hole and a 4 car garage with lots of games and space. The location is very nice. This property exceeded our expectations. The home is as lovely as the photos and the property owner is incredibly accommodating and communicative. Always responded quickly when we reached out and was flexible in accommodating our needs as this property was intended for out-of-state family attending our daughter’s wedding. Our family were over the top grateful to be able to stay at this resort style home.

We had an amazing stay at this home! Everything was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with thoughtful touches that made our trip so comfortable. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space felt welcoming from the moment we walked in.The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I cannot say enough good things about this property and ironically one of the most important points is how quickly responsive were Eric and Neda to all my enquiries. But the entire week was marvellous and the amenities outstanding. We did have much better weather than forecast but there are so many indoor games to enjoy, the weather does not matter. The location was private but only about an hour from San Diego, 30 minutes from Oceanside and 35 minutes from Temecula. Loads of wineries around also golf course! Hopefully we shall return.

Great house. Great central location. Caring host.

We stayed for a week with a group of 16. The house and yard, and games room were great. The host, Eric, is easy to reach, cares about his guests, and accommodates requests.

Great house for large parties

Great house for large parties. Lots of beds, great backyard and game room. Hosts were easy to get ahold of and great communicators. Would stay again with a large party.

5-Stars! Wonderful! The house had a true luxury feel—well maintained, very clean, and stocked with great amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were incredibly comfortable with extra linens, and the layout was perfect for a large group. Its proximity to wineries and nearby activities made it even better. We’d love to return!

Great Stay for Long Wedding Weekend

This place is impressive and beautiful! Eric was a super host and answered our questions quickly. The house and casita were well equipped with everything we needed. And the outdoor spaces where spectacular with the pool, hot tub, game room and grill/bar! If we ever make it back there, we will definitely stay there again!

Family Wedding and 60th Birthday Celebrations

We rented the home for a family wedding that was just down the road. The property was gorgeous and had all the amenities you could want from a well appointed kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms to a putting green and pool area with a great tiki type bar and grill. The best part was the casita and game room! A perfect layout and gathering place for all our family and friends. The host was very responsive and we will be back!

Beautiful property

10 of us came here for a girls weekend. The property is stunning. We spent one day just hanging out by the pool and ending the night hanging out in the game room. We all said that we wished we had one more day at the house and we would definitely book it again for our next retreat!

Perfect for events!

Had an enjoyable stay. Celebrated a birthday and the layout of the property is really cool. Open concept makes it feel very spacious. The host was in touch with me and ready to help for any needs. Wonderful family summer vacation!

We had a group of 16 of us, 6 adults and 10 teens for our family summer vacation! We all had a wonderful time here. The home had plenty of room and everything we needed for our 4 day trip. The game room was amazing, lots of fun activities that kept the teens entertained, along with an amazing pool! The owners were attentive and quickly answered any questions we had from beginning to end. We would definitely visit here again!

Grand Luxe 22-27

This was a fabulous resort-style home for our family gathering! There was plenty to do for everyone. We really enjoyed the spa, putting green, corn hole and the spacious game room! The decor was beautiful, and it was even decorated for Christmas! Our host, Eric, was super responsive and gave us a warm welcome. We loved it!

Best wedding weekend ever!

Eric is a fantastic, empathetic, understanding host who did all he could to help my Wife and I have the best wedding weekend possible. We are so grateful to have been able to stay here with our friends and family members. it was absolutely as perfect as it appears in the photos. Thanks again Eric!!
