The hotel is great; front desk staff not. I had items shipped to me to arrive the day before I did. Staff would not make any attempt to locate them, just told me there was nothing there. Would not look at the FedEx tracking info I had. The items were located after I left and they had been delivered on time and properly addressed with my name and company. Very disappointing.

My bathroom sink was a slow drain and inconvenient. I was also charged twice which emptied my account. I had the Expedia prices and then they charged me in addition the full price on top of the discount Ted price for 2 days over $800+ when it should have only been $332
