Overall the staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good with multiple choices. Hotel staff was helpful and responsive. Only ding was we were there 3 days and never received housekeeping.

My heat wasn’t working when I checked in. I let the front desk know and after waiting after an hour I went down to ask again. They finally came up and said they will need to call maintenance. They didn’t have heat working in my room until 9:30PM. By 5AM my daughter and I woke to a cold room with no heat again. Thankfully I was able to use their space heater. I still have yet to hear from anyone in management.

Overall it was a great stay. The only thing we didn't like is that we requested an airport transfer at 4:15am but they only offered 4:00 and 4:30 time slots so we opted for 4:30am and the driver didn't show up until 4:55am. Fortunately we were able to make it to the gate 10 minutes before boarding but we weren't able to have breakfast at the airport which was our original plan if they would have taken us at 4:15a as we originally wanted.

This hotel was a great choice for my family. We went for shopping and were close to all the shopping arear. Lots of parking lots and good diversity of choice for the breakfast. Love the pool for family and staff were kind and usefull
