One of the towels had what looked like a blood stain, When i checked in the receptionist stated to me that they had no elevator which sounded odd because the hotel lists they do have an elevator. This was an inconvenience. The continental breakfast was ok but could have used more choices of food.

No Elevators, it would be different had I known ahead of time, I could have tried to reserve a ground floor room. I will know better in the future. The day staff was lovely, night staff not so much, just not pleasant, it is odd to be smiling and get that "you are putting me out" attitude.
