We really enjoyed RiverJoy! The location was close enough to walk into town & very close to a fun coffee shop. The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

Great location very close to RMNP and shopping. Beautiful home very cozy. Downstairs beds a bit hard but not enough to keep from staying again. Hostess was very easy to reach with questions. Also saw Elk and Deer walking under balcony. Definitely would recommend!

This was the perfect home for our family to gather and pretend Fall & Winter holidays as we live in different states. The grandsons loved the theater room & we enjoyed meals and games around the table. The walking trail on the property was beautiful. Thankful we found this property to meet and stay 5 nights to make memories as a family. Clean, thoughtfully decorated, well supplied, comfortable, quiet and the hot tub provided relaxation.

My family loved our stay here. The home was very clean and comfortable. The river out back was so peaceful, we saw elk in the yard, went fishing, enjoyed the hot tub, and watched a movie in the theater room. Everything was perfect!

Lovely location, quiet neighborhood. Easy to access RMNP and downtown Estes. We loved walking to Coffee on the Rocks. Had a rainy, cold day so took advantage of the fireplaces and hot tub. The layout of the home was perfect. It accommodated our family well with ample relaxing space. I loved that our two boys had the entire downstairs to themselves.

A very nice home, comfortable with everything you might want or need. The holiday decor is a fun touch that made for sweet conversation. The location is ideal for both proximity to downtown as well as park access. The keurig setup with all the options should be a bar for every short time rental as it is such a nice touch! The movie room in this house is fabulous and would be terrific during chilly days/nights. It’s a great place to stay!

This is a beautiful house! It is located in a quiet and well-maintained area. We frequently observed Elk in back of the house. The beds are super comfortable. There were many big screen TV's and a theater room. The house was super comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need. I highly recommend staying here.

wonderful cozy duplex conveniently located

This is a wonderful duplex with all the amenities. Loved how well stocked the kitchen was with every staple you need to cook at home or grill out. The hot tub was fabulous. The theater room was a hit with our teens. Very spacious with 2 floors and the closets were huge in the bedrooms. The fireplaces were super cozy. Super conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shopping, breweries, and the Stanley. And the RMNP is minutes away! Will definitely be back.

Great townhome in Estes

Easy check in, 3 bedrooms with space for 5 of us including teens. Found everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen. Enjoyed the hot tub. Quiet, relaxing. Short drive to get to entrance of RMNP and walking distance to Coffee on the Rocks where kids loved feeding the ducks! Explored the path to the Big Thompson River. Owners were very responsive to issue with projector in movie room and got it fixed during our stay!

Fall Family Trip

Wonderful duplex in a great location. Easy access to down town & RMNP entrance. House was well stocked, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the Elk in our backyard. Great experience & hosts. Would love to stay here again someday.

Lovely house in great location

Great stay! We loved the “leave an ornament” idea! We appreciated that everything was well labeled and there were tons of games and puzzles to keep everyone busy. Having the river right down the path was also amazing! Thanks again for the great stay! (The only reason I gave cleanliness 4 stars wa because we found a very dirty sock under the bed in the master - aside from this, everything was very clean)

Highly recommend. Felt like home.

In all our years of staying in VRBO’s, we’ve never had a house as cozy, accommodating and generous as this one. Very clean, comfortable, with extra touches that welcomed us throughout—like the coffee bar, extra games, fun themes in the rooms, Roku with subscriptions (which was very nice, as our family has none), and an adjustable bed! Location was perfect—minutes from downtown and the park. My husband and son were extra happy to be able to fly fish in the river behind the property—they caught more in it than in their guided tours! :)
