Black mold in the bathroom above the door. Neither rooms we booked had working a/c. Overall the place was a good place to stay if it's cold outside and you don't plan on being in the room much. Don't plan on watching tv unless you bring a travel roku. The bed wasn't very comfortable to us. Biggest deal to us was not having a/c but having thermostats on the wall.

Very spacious and centrally located to RMMP and downtown Estes Park. Nice selection of hot beverages like coffee, hot cocoa, spiced cider, and tea. Bed was comfortable. Room had a fireplace but we didn’t use it. Room could use some updates, but overall great stay with lots of space. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel near Estes Park

Very lovely quiet hotel. I liked the seperate shower/sink set up so that they can be used by different people when necessary. The tea/coffee service provided was great and the beds were comfortable.

Great location. Easy to get to town. Elk out on or near the property daily. Room10 had great deck and view of the river. Room needed updating. No screens on the windows or French door. Carpet desperately needs replacing. Carpet has a musty odor.

Loved the location of place and ease to get into gate on this side! Clean and very quiet! Wish we had windows to open in the place very stuffy. Husband fixed the screen for sliding glass door so we could at least put that on while there. Would stay again!
