The property looks wonderful, but staying there was a mixed bag. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable; the layout is confusing and the coffee unacceptable. I wish that I enjoyed my stay there more than I actually did.

The staff were excellent, especially Cristina at reception, who made check-in smooth and helped arrange transportation. Our room was clean and housekeeping did a great job. The hotel could use a little more updating in some areas, but overall we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was basic, though the staff were friendly and attentive. "
