Really enjoyed the overnight stay. The hotel is well situated in Nottingham. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Dinner was very nice and the hotel has a nice relaxed feel to it. Only issue in my room was some of the surfaces were a bit dusty. Apart from that I would stay again.

Property was clean and functional but it was very thrifty with its amenities. Ie Tiniest bar of soap could not get the heating to go up past 19 degrees. Overall it was good value and that’s probably why.

We booked dinner at 7.30 pm waited for our simple grilled chicken almost an hour, no one informed us until we asked what is going on. The breakfast was shambolic -£24 per person and barely any food available, no pastries, we waited for fried eggs as they run out. The employees available as breakfast hosts were not welcoming and engaging at all, so disappointing. Overall not good value for the money."
