Convenient location. Needs a refresh though.

The place was good for a quick stop. Right off the highway. Clean but there is a distinct smell of old carpet (not a deal breaker but if you are sensitive to smells…). Our room was clean but again the smell was not great. We opened the windows for a bit and cranked the AC and that made it better. Free breakfast was great. Convenient. Staff were good and spoke both French and English. Great sunset if you’re into that sort of stuff.

We just had a stopover night stay but even though the hotel was extremely busy it was quiet. Check I was a little slow only one person at the desk and it was six or seven deep waiting to check-in. I must say the young lady on the desk was pleasant and didn’t rush anyone. I would stay again.

The hotel is central to order-in fast food, but is not walkable to any restaurants or shopping. The room was very clean and the AC worked very well, although quite noisy. A suggestion to assist the front desk clerk…provide additional assistance during peak checkin hours. She was alone with a line out the door and the phone ringing constantly. She was polite in explaining hotel features, but clearly overwhelmed.

I was so glad I had chosen this place to stay as I travelled east with my dog . The room had ample space for both of us with great air conditioning to cool off from our extraordinarily hot weather. We had a lovely early morning walk on a pleasant mowed grass trail enjoying the misty hills in the distance
