The family running this motel has owned it only for a year and a half and they are trying very hard to make it better, but it has a long way to go before it's work $260 a night. It’s clean enough but there are a lot of rough edges.

Last Resort Stay

The room was very dated, not well kept. Bathroom very small, mold on the shower curtain and in the sink. Bolt on the door did not lock. A lot of hair on the towels and bedding. Floors very dirty. Connection to wifi non existant in the evening however, great in the morning. Noisy, with a constant knocking sound every 15 mins during our entire stay. Very overpriced.

Becoming very rundown. Old cabins onsite falling apart. Did not want to remove shoes in room. Bathtub…no comment. Window air conditioner basically did nothing. It wasn't filthy, just didn't give you a good feeling. Severely overpriced but only one around with vacancy…go figure. Pictures are NOT current or reflective of how property looks.

What a charming place; a bubbling brook, rabbits, and lovely staff. While the facilities may appear to be from another era, I hope to see the new owners continue to bring new life to this lovely property.
