This hotel aims for mediocrity and is in no danger of reaching it! Checked into the room after having to wait for nearly a half hour on the front desk staff to work through other guests various issues to find there were no towels, cups, glasses or comforter on the bed. The bed was one of the worst we have slept on in a hotel anywhere we've travelled. Think kingsized hammock that rolls both occupants into the middle of the bed! The maid could not be bothered replenish our room even when left a list of what to leave that day! When she was asked in the hallway today she suggested that we called the front desk so that someone else could attend to our needs. The only place that I witnessed any efficiency was at the complimentary breakfast. They stopped replenishing at least a half hour before closing time so that at 5 minutes after the hour they were done all cleanup and were waiting to lock the doors. The one positive thing that I experienced was the shower.

Front desk staff were amazing to deal with, also the cleanign staff had no problems and were extremely quick to get exyra towels and pillows. The breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant/pub was a surprise to how good the food was especially with a group of 10 to order at once. Overall the rooms were spacious and clean as was the hotel. Only downside was the parking lot with the amount of snow and ice build up was treacherous to drive and walk on.

I booked a premium room for a couple. The room had 2 towels and 2 face towels, one 25ml shower gel and one 25ml conditioner. Toilet tissue was 25% of standard Kirkland model. We checked in at 5pm realizing we would need a shower immediately after our travel I went back to reception and I was told they usually put limited amounts toiletries as customers take them. I’m standing there thinking what did I just get myself into. I was with my wife celebrating my birthday. The male staff said he will send 2 extra towels. At 10pm still nothing. I called the reception they said they would send, the male staff didn’t apologize. We went to bed at 1:30 am and no one called at our room 243. In the morning I went to the reception and met a female staff I brought the 2 used towels and left them at the reception and told her my experience, I went to the pool and coming back they had delivered 2 towels 2 shower gels and 2 toilet rolls, I would not recommend this hotel. Poor customer service, and staff feeling entitled and not respectful to a customer. The work desk had crumbles of food, meaning the room was not cleaned properly and not inspected
