Staff is incredibly friendly and if you like a serious shower, you'll love this place! She has a a cozy, lived in feel and the complimentary amenities were lovely. Our room was spacious, and the cleaning products weren't too scented (for sensitive folk like myself). Hated to leave!

The first room I was booked in was on the 3rd floor, on a night time all I could hear was the ventilation system on the roof, I asked to be moved in the early hours which the Hotel receptionist agreed. Both rooms were dated and could use a deep clean and a refresh. The floor boards in the second room were extremely squeaky, breakfast was okay, I felt like most things were undercooked and had asked to them to be sent back. All the staff I interacted with on this visit were really friendly and helpful.

We payed for the upgrade when we entered the room there was scaffold outside the window perhaps we shouldn't have been allocated this room the room was very tired and dated the bathroom was dirty didn't look as if it had been cleaned for quite some time and one of the bath towels was covered in grime
