The property was in a great location, clean, and staff very friendly. HOWEVER, I paid for a room with a king bed, got queen. Paid for A/C, it never worked and no air at all at night. Opened small square window but only opened for 3 inches. Stuffy. TV randomly shut off, sometimes after 5 minutes, sometimes at 30. Would not stay on for long. And we had a puddle of water in the bathroom that grew each day. They came twice and didn't fix it. Our last morning they woke us up to try to get to it before the next guests. When I relayed all of these issues to the front desk, their reply was, "oh sorry". Pitiful for such a great place. Bad customer service. And I wondered if it was because we did not directly book with them!!!
