There were several house centipedes in the studio, resulting in a dirty and gross overall impression. Also, since we got the premium studio (at a higher price compared to regular studio), the fact that we were assigned a basement studio with loud noises from upstairs was unpleasant.

It was good. The bed is small for 2 people and pillows are not good. Basement was freezing but we turned on heater and then it was good. There was no blanket provided for cots in the loft. Kids didn’t sleep well. Otherwise it is good

Villa?? Seen better lodging at cheaper motels.

Expected more class for a “Pocono Villa”. Need grab bars “in” shower area. No box spring under mattress and very noise bed when “used” for other than sleeping. No extra blankets. Disappointed with not even basic tv without getting fire stick.

Property was outdated and amenities were limited and dirty. We stayed in a " new build" but even that was made we cheap material. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The tub was cracked, and we couldn't take a bath if we wanted to. When we pulled up the trash was overflowing in a dumpster in front of our property. I outdoor pools were green and uncovered. It was one of the worst properties we have ever visited, and we would not recommend.,
