Idéalement situé devant la magnifique baie de Douarnenez , juste au bord de la grande plage du Ris à Douarnenez, à environ 40 mn de la Pointe du Raz, en face de Morgat dans la presqu'ile de Crozon et près du joli village de Locronan ! Endroit idéal pour de belles randonnées ...
À cet endroit absolument splendide, La grande plage du Ris offre de belles ballades , à marée basse sur le sable . L’été est propice aux baignades ! Nous vous proposons une location d’un appartement agréable à vivre, T2 bis de 75m2, dans une maison de famille « La Pergola » avec jardin, grande terrasse et place de parking privée .
Pour 4 personnes , Il comprend un sejour lumineux avec grande baies vitrées , 2 chambres ( dans une alcôve face à la mer 1 lit de 160 *200 , tout confort, et dans une hambre 2 lits individuels de 90*200), cuisine séparée et toute équipée , une salle de bain avec douche et toilettes, une terrasse, une place de parking privé attenant et un grand jardin .

Quant au ménage , nous restons très vigilants sur l'entretien impeccable de notre appartement entre chaque séjour . Il est minutieusement fait, selon le protocole sanitaire et l'appartement sera désinfecté rigoureusement et aéré entre chaque location . Soyez-en rassuré !
Enfin , dernière information, nous n’obligeons pas une arrivée ni un départ le samedi . C’est comme vous souhaitez selon le calendrier à jour que vous retrouvez ci-joint .

accueil très chaleureux de notre hôtesse qui tout de suite s'est mise en quatre pour nous rendre le séjour des plus agréable ! Dès le pas de la porte nous avons été séduits par l'intérieur : une maison de vacances très cosy et décorée avec goût et discrétion et enfin une vue à vous couper le souffle sur la baie de Douarnenez et la plage du Ris . wunderbare Lage direkt am Wasser mit Meeresblick; auch bei Regen kann man sich gut im Appartement aufhalten; wir empfehlen Fahrradmitnahme, um ohne Auto einfacher ins Zentrum von Douarnenez zu kommen

Haus direkt am Meer

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub, direkt am Meer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber, das Autoparkt direkt vor dem Haus. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer auf das Meer und die Bdebucht ist einfach traumhaft. Einzig störend ist die vielbefahrene Straße vor dem Haus.

Das Haus am Meer

Super Lage direkt am Meer, sehr freundliche Vermieterin, guter Kontakt auf Englisch möglich, Küche super ausgestattet, Wasch- und Spülmaschine funktionieren anstandslos und geräuscharm. Gute Ausgangslage zum Erkunden der Umgebung des südlichen Finistere. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub !

Tolle Aussicht auf Strand und Meer

Die Wohnung ist echt schön! Man fühlt sich aufgrund des Blicks direkt aufs Meer sofort im Urlaub, wenn man hereinkommt. Die Gastgeberin ist supernett! Ein paar Schritte unterhalb des Hauses liegt der schöner Strand an dem wir auch einige Male abends Picknick gemacht haben (Tische und Bänke vorhanden). 300 Meter die Straße weiter Richtung Douarnenez geht rechts ein kleiner Weg (Teil des GR34) ab, der oberhalb der Küste direkt nach Douarnenez führt, vorbei an Ausgrabungen und dem alten Dorfes Plomarc'h - sehr zu empfehlen! Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist die zu dieser Zeit sehr viel befahrene Straße die vorne direkt am Haus vorbeiführt. Im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer kann man aufgrund der Lautstärke und der Abgase die Fenster kaum öffnen. Auch der seitliche Balkon ist dadurch nach unserem Empfinden nicht nutzbar. Zum Meer hin bekommt man davon aber nichts mit, so dass wir uns insgesamt doch recht wohl gefühlt haben. Wie gesagt...dieser Blick - toll! Morgens gleich das Panorama-Fenster öffnen und man vergisst alles andere :-)

très belle location avec superbe vue

Location très soignée avec vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Douarnenez. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante. De plus, l'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région : pointe du Raz, Locronan, Menez Hom, presqu'île de Crozon, île de Sein... Nous recommanderions volontiers cette location à quiconque voulant visiter ce coin de la Bretagne. Famille JEAN

Vue magnifique et appartement confortable

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet appartement. La vue est magnifique ; le sentier côtier qui mène en ville est superbe, les balades à pied se font à partir de l'appartement, situé juste à l'écart nécessaire du centre ville ; l'appartement est confortable, propre, bien équipé et agréablement décoré. La propriétaire est charmante et nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette location très bien située ou l'on peux aller au Port par le chemin côtier et avons profité de la superbe vue mer de la location et du balcon. La propriétaire est charmante et nous avons eu un accueil et un départ très agréable. Si nous revenons dans le futur à Douarnenez, nous avons déjà notre adresse. joli appartement ouvrant sur superbe vue convient parfaitement pour 4 personnes, agréable et propre il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour idéal pour découvrir ce coin de Bretagne et en fin de journée pour descendre à la plage qui se trouve en bas, sans prendre la voiture accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire

Très confortable sur vue imprenable

Cet appartement et très beau, confortable avec en bas un jardin spacieux et bien protégé du vent. De très belles promenade à faire le long du littoral lorsque la mer est basse. On peut déplorer toutefois la proximité d'une route passagère qui gène par le bruit. D'autre part il n'y a pas de commerces de proximité et il est impératif de prendre la voiture ou la bicyclette pour les courageux car c'est très pentu. La ville de Douarnenez nous a déçu.

Un panorama magifique invitant au repos mais laissant de nombreuses possibilités de balades le long de superbes falaises qui sillonnent la côte entre lesquelles se logent des baies d'un bleu turquoise(qui n'a rien à envier aux plages méditerranéennes,trop bondées) ou les enfants peuvent s'adonner aux plaisir du body board sur de belles vagues pas trop risquées. Un appartement confortable dont la propriétaire vous accueillera avec enthousiasme et vous contera l'histoire de cette demeure qui jadis fut un dancing.

Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil et l''appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description qui en était faite sur le site. L''appartement était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée et que dire de la vue incroyable sur la mer de la pièce principale, que du bonheur. Nous avons de plus passé un séjour calme, les voisins étant tout à fait charmants. Je recommande chaudement cet appartement. Nous y reviendrons nous même surement si nous repassons dans la région."
