Parking is off site, free and 5 min walk away. Sea view suite was clean, bed comfortable, fluffy towels, outdoor jacuzzi was good but the cover didn't fit, carpet was tired and need of replacement. Spa, be prepared both men and women are required to wear swimming caps! Spa is not a 5 star, tired, rusty in places, sauna was ok but not very hot. Restaurant staff, dinner and cocktails were excellent.

Wonderful view from our room located on the top floor of the hotel. We had the opportunity to bathe in the sea salt swimming pool and benefit from the hammam and sauna. Very well located with a direct access to the beach.

Incompétence

Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçu par la compĂ©tence des personnes responsables de l'accueil et des problĂšmes de communication entre elles dans cet hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles. J'avais rĂ©servĂ© 2 chambres par l'intermĂ©diaire de leur partenaire "hĂŽtels.com", une pour ma Maman de 91 ans et une autre pour ma sƓur et moi. A notre arrivĂ©e, une seule chambre Ă©tait rĂ©servĂ©e. J'avais pourtant la preuve de mes 2 rĂ©servations sur l'application "hĂŽtels.com". L'hĂŽtesse d'accueil, a essayĂ© de me donner des explications complĂštement saugrenues Ă  ce problĂšme, en rejetant la faute sur moi et en m'affirmant que j'avais annulĂ© la rĂ©servation d'une des chambres. Elle a fini par nous trouver une autre chambre, mais le tarif annoncĂ© pour les deux chambres Ă©tait passĂ© de 1370€ (tarif annoncĂ© par " hĂŽtels.com) Ă  1980€, soit environ 600€ de plus sur un sĂ©jour de 4 jours pour 2 chambres !! ComplĂštement abasourdie par cette annonce, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit et le lendemain matin, je suis retournĂ©e Ă  l'accueil pour Ă©lucider ce problĂšme de rĂ©servation et ce surcoĂ»t disproportionnĂ©, alors que je n'y Ă©tais pour rien. AprĂšs avoir fourni Ă  nouveau toutes les preuves de ma rĂ©servation confirmĂ©e et ayant une autre hĂŽtesse d'accueil en face de moi, Ă  priori plus expĂ©rimentĂ©e, j'ai fini par avoir gain de cause. Au moment de rĂ©gler en fin de sĂ©jour, le tarif n'Ă©tait toujours pas le bon, et il a encore fallu que je parlemente avec encore une autre hĂŽtesse d'accueil ( trĂšs gentille et comprĂ©hensive) pour rĂ©parer l'erreur.

Le service hĂŽtelier n’est pas Ă  la hauteur d’un 4 Ă©toiles, accueil pas sympathique, petit dĂ©jeuner avec que des produits industriels, aucune recharge des produits spontanĂ©e et pour un prix exorbitant de 22 Euros/personne. Pas de remplacement de la bouteille d’eau prĂ©vue dans la chambre supĂ©rieure vue mer pourtant prĂ©vue dans le tarif si plusieurs nuits. Au spa pas de salle de repos digne de ce nom, pas de tuyau d’eau dans le hamamm ni de sablier dans le sauna ! Les clients gardent leur maillot de bain ce qui est contraire aux conditions d’hygiĂšne. Pour le reste le site est magnifique mais l’établissement pas Ă  la hauteur !!!
