Desde que uno entra, el aroma es mágico y crea inmediatamente una sensación de calidez y bienestar. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Celia y Miriam, de recepción, quienes fueron extraordinarias. Su servicio, atención, amabilidad y, sobre todo, su verdadera disposición para ayudar hicieron una enorme diferencia durante nuestra estancia. Fueron mucho más allá de lo que uno normalmente espera del personal de un hotel. Estábamos en Segovia por una razón muy especial y emocional para mí: estaba dejando a mi hija para que comenzara sus estudios universitarios. El trato tan humano hizo que la experiencia fuera mucho más especial de lo que habría sido en un hotel donde todo se sintiera más impersonal. Además de la belleza de la decoración y de todos sus detalles, el hotel estaba impecablemente limpio, las habitaciones eran preciosas y cómodas, y el desayuno delicioso. Se nota que todo el equipo se esmera para que cada detalle esté perfecto. Un hotel precioso que se vuelve aún más memorable por las personas que trabajan en él. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aqui,"
