Dépendance is super hard to access to the spa they make you take your robe out the street and walk with it in the middle of winter instead of welcoming you in the spa with a temporary one. Very strange. Also staff is not friendly for the standing at the reception they are not nice.

"I stayed at this hotel late March / Early April 2026. The staff were attentive and friendly and my room was really big. Breakfast buffet was very well presented and delicious. I was given a lovely drink and treat on check in and was shown around the hotel by a member of staff which was a lovely touch.
I would have given a higher rating but there was a really bad smell in my room the first 3 days. We were informed there was a problem with the water so on my last night we had no water from 10pm to 4am the following morning. Water also went off the following morning, so I was unable to shower before check out.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay"
