Jennifer was quick to respond to our inquiries. The bottom floor Condo has unobstructed views of the valley. You can watch the clouds roll over the hills. We sat outside and sipped on coffee in the mornings, made smores at the fire pit steps outside at night. Fire wood is readily available in town. The corner bottom floor condo was very clean. Layout worked well for us. Kitchen has plenty of storage. Kind of a steep drop off in the back yard, so smaller kids will need to be supervised outside. There were two playgrounds in the community. Dollar General about 10 minutes away, Walmart about 30 minutes.**We have At&t and there was no service there.** be sure to download directions / check in instructions. Hikes- Rabun Bald, Black Rock state park, Talulah Gorge, Mudd Falls.Highlands Outpost for snow tubing. Will gladly rebook at this location. Still lots of moderate hikes we havent completed.

Almost everything you could ask for.

We really enjoyed the property and the fall leaves were beautiful. I would only suggest that you install some lighting over bathroom sink. Also blinds in bedroom for more privacy. Had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Charming Getaway

Clean, updated, quite first floor condo with only a few steps at the entrance. Perfect for two people. Great Mountain View on the back patio. Short drive to restaurants, shopping, and waterfalls.
