DO NOT STAY HERE!!! very dirty and disgusting!

This hotel was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. The room was disgusting and smelled like urine as soon as we walked in. It was not clean. We did not feel safe staying at this hotel, the other occupants made us feel very nervous and we feared for our safety. We are very loyal customers to hotels.com and we believe this hotel needs to be taken off your list of options. We did not even stay a full night as we could not sleep due to the fact it was so dirty and disgusting. We wish we could receive a refund but we were so tired from traveling across the country that we just moved on to our next destination. It was a complete waste of money.

Parking lot was under construction. Our bathroom door and closet door wouldn’t shut. Looks like they are trying to update the hotel. We had an extra mattress leaned up against the wall in our room. You could barely get your hands under the faucet in the bathroom. However, the bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the staff was quick and friendly at checkin.

It had huge renovation happening. Our door couldn’t be opened with a key and they told us that someone would be there shortly to fix it. They had no other room available so we left. They offered to let us in manually but it all seemed a bit shady and stressful after 14 hours of driving.

It is under construction and should not be allowed to book rooms until facility is able to properly serve people. I made a mistake by staying here, and facility did not disclose on their hotel page, how I convenient it is to park and get around parking lot. I should have asked for refund and departed.

Room stunk terribly, filthy waffle maker.

The smell in the room was so bad. Also the breakfast had a very poor selection and the waffle maker had extreme grime and caked on grease and batter. After having a room with such stench and seeing the waffle maker, we left without eating the complimentary breakfast. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
This was the waffle maker. Disgusting and the room stunk like urine.

Too much noise!!

I stayed for 3 days for business. They are doing construction so limited parking. When i asked if i could move, i was told the quiet side was for the construction crew. Also, there was no notification about the construction given before i checked in or on the website.

This room had the most comfortable bed of any of the 5 hotels I stayed at while on a road trip. Microwave and mini fridge were nice amenities that I haven’t always gotten at higher priced motels. Great stay, great staff. Would recommend

Staff was not very friendly. Breakfast was lacking; no meat, no bananas. Very little quantity as if they were just so cheap. Rooms were updated and clean to say something positive. Was not aware of construction all around hotel.

DO NOT EVERY STAY in this hotel. It is HORRID! It is not safe. The Front of the hotel is missing and the parking lot is totally unusable. The staff is NOT helpful and refused refunds. The room smelled of more smoke than most smoking rooms. The other room they tried to move us to was more musty than an 1890's basement with a foot of water in it. STAY AWAAAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!

I would avoid this property. Driveway out of hotel had a water main break in 2024 never fixed cave in. Parking lot full of holes and along the road the driveway is caved in. Asked for non-smoking room, it stunk of cigarette smoke and someone had removed the battery from the smoke detector so they could smoke. Reported to front desk, no other rooms available. Property was very dirty. Had to wait for front desk person to get through with her personal phone call to be waited on.

Construction workers type motel- it is not a hotel. One bed was comfortable. Towels were like sandpaper & 1 per person. Shower felt great- hot water. Non smoking but several cigarette holes in bedspread. Okay for one short nite stay.
