Staff was friendly but unknowledgeable about some things. The breakfast which is advertised as being included was a Little Debbie oatmeal cake, coffee and choice of apple/orange juice. No other food choices. Another guest said the same for the day before even. No good options for coffee either. I was very disappointed!! The water pressure was horrible no matter what time it was used. I hope to get some response from this soon.

Noisey room

Clean comfortable bed. But ok much outside noise Rates were good. Location to i40 good'

We were there for 2 nights, for our granddaughters 4th birthday. The room was nice and clean when we checked in. Even though we had a nonsmoking room, it still smelled like stale smoke! We were gone all day the next day and when we got back to our room around 9 that night, we were locked out of our room. Had to go back to the lobby and get new keys for the room. And when we went in, found that housekeeping never even came into the room to clean. The bed was not made and we had no clean towels, and had used all the clean towels the first night. The should have at least come in and check to see if we needed clean towels and straighten up. The bed was nice and we had no problems other than that

Place was dirty and A/C did not work. The motel manager would not give us a partial credit, but Travelocity did finally negotiate a partial credit. Stay away.

Never again!!

The pictures shown must have been taken immediately after the remodel. There was duct tape around several of the wall outlets. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not have a cover on it, just a big hole. The faucet in the shower was broke. The room smelled HORRID!! and the carpet was wet and musky. But the pool was very clean, small, but clean.
