Missing remote control for tv & the ice bucket. Grimy walls, baseboards, floors, killed a large cockroach running up the wall. Lumpy, uneven beds, very uncomfortable. 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no extra roll. Worst place to stay ever.

Bed bugs, toilet paper with fungus, creaky floors, 0 cleaning of the outside of the rooms. I stayed there for 4 nights, since night 1 there was a tortilla chip on the stairs and by day 4 it was still there.

I do not like the fact that I have tried this. About 5 different times was 5 different properties in the same county. Actually, the same like 6 mile radius. A book my weekly reservation through Expedia. And have used other apps too. But when you get to the property, they will not honor your reservation and they charge you a way higher price.

The Motel from hell

Where do I start? On my first day of my stay the power went out at 4:50 pm and wasn't restored until 11:53 pm. Also there was rain water that came under the door when I asked for housekeeping to clean up the the water the front desk personal just came and handed me some towels to clean it up myself. I asked him why didn't he bring a mop and he said because they didn't have any. I then said to the guy that it was their responsibility to clean up the water not mine and he said no he said clean it up or just leave it. Also went I first entered the room there was no toilet paper or Kleenex. So I had to go to the front and ask for toilet paper and Kleenex but the lady just handed me a roll and then stated they had no Kleenex. I said to her what kind of hotel doesn't have Kleenex and she then just walked away. I have never been to any motel like this in my life and I will never stay at another Motel 6. Future customers beware

The in between

Card reader was down had to use the ATM to get cash. No shampoo, no hairdryer no extra blankets. The sheets on the bed were changed, but the floor was not swept. card would not unlock the door On Friday night. A little bit of noise on Friday night outside, they kept us awake, The seat on the toilet was broken..... It was clean when we arrived. We just were not prepared to not have the little extras that we have been accustomed to.
