Worst hotel I’ve stayed at hall smelled of smoking even tho a non smoking hotel room smelled of old incense and smoke no ice dispenser ain’t leaking around faucet one wash towel could feel people from next room while laying in bed would never return.

This one was a rough one. There was a spatter on the wall, a ceiling light fixture had been, there was a mysterious brown gunk on the fridge, and the room smelled. The manager said I'd be getting a full refund, but nothing has happened yet. Oh, and breakfast? Grab and go muffin. 0 out of 5 stars.

The room was perfect for relaxing and hanging out for a day. It's a mile away from Oakland Mall and within walking distance of Twin Peaks and McDonalds. I didn't see any bugs or spiderwebs, so the hotel is well maintained. There was a full size fridge and freezer that looked brand new; never used. I also appreciated how there were plenty of towels and rags in the bathroom.

I guess for this price but maybe a shower at least

Upon arrival there was an intense smell in the room and the windows were already open. The room had broken shower where only the tub worked. We called the front desk and they said the manager would contact us. That never happened.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Came to a bathroom with no toilet paper readily available, there was a hair on the bedding, the last person in the room left dipping sauces near the microwave AND a pair of underwear near the chair. There was no trash can for the kitchen, the fridge looked dirty on the outside with stains, and the TV was wobbly and could easily fall apart. Lastly, the pillows were severely flat. Not fluffed up at all. This type of preparation for a room is unacceptable. An Extended Stay in this condition? Take this into consideration and upgrade your furniture and facilities PRONTO. CLEAN YOUR ROOMS. Will not be coming back.

Was not good for me.

It was just not good. I dont think it was cleaned thoroughly before I got there. The floors were very dirty. It smelled of smoke and the windows were even opened when I first walked in (I assume an honest attempt to air out the room and. The front desk is left empty often and you're waiting a long to be helped. I feel bad leaving a poor review only because when I finally was able to check out a nice older gentleman kindly asked me how my stay was. He might have been a manager or owner...and I hated to say that it wasn't very good. He was great, but he might need a new staff...or at least firmly address the service and cleanliness with them.
