Check in was not very friendly and I was extremely disappointed to have to pay a $25 early check in fee for checking in one hour early! I've never experienced this in my 40+ years of frequent travel. Other hotels are always happy to accommodate if a room is available.

Check in was long, why have one person working front desk during a holiday and a major sports event, rooms were dirty, one towel in room, not enough toilet paper, and found last guests shoes still in the room.

The pool area was nice but the smell of chlorine made it impossible to use. The elevators were not working properly and the property really needed some TLC. Language barrier when trying to talk with the cleaning crew. The food was good, staff was friendly and the front desk person Malik was extremely helpful with our concerns.

First front desk staff Melaik was outstanding employee. We got there on Thursday and elevators were a mess one worked but took for ever! Melaik was kind enough on Friday to move us to first floor . we had a family member who could not do stairs. My room had a broken toilet seat report the issue multiple times never got fix.Had to figure out how to sit on it with out injuring myself . curtains were broken could not open them. Rooms were never cleaned and the housekeeper told us she does not speak english only arabica. Weekend kids running up and down hall and banging on our doors all hours of the night. The rooms were worn and tired. This hotel needs major help.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last 30 years, when we come to the area for family gatherings .It has deteriorated with time. It really used to be a 4-5 star. This time,only one of 3 elevators was working, took forever to get checked in, long wait for breakfast seating, coffee maker in room was broken and carpet in room was torn and dirty. I am disappointed because it used to be so nice.

Upon arrival we were ginger given a dirty trashy room that house keeping didn’t clean yet. They switch my room which was run down and or dated. The bed was comfortable. We wiped down and brung our own sheets to put on sofa bed. Omelette was good pool was fun too overall. A 2/5 wouldn’t stay here again

I’m going to be honest this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked this room as part of a birthday gift for my dad. We got in at about 1:30 am after a concert and had to wait easily over an hour to get our room. When we walked into the hotel people were screaming and the cops were getting called. After that altercation the front desk lady who might I add was completely unprofessional told us that there was a “ computer wide system outage” which was clearly not the issue after calling a few other Hilton hotels in the area that were not having the same issue. We waited with about around 30 people for about an hour just to get checked in. When we finally were able to get checked into our room the bedding was still wet, there was so shower curtain and on top of that my father found a mysterious pill!!! On the floor. Upon checkout we asked to speak to a manager to refunded and they said they would not be issuing any refunds under any circumstance.

The pool area was in bad condition. There was foam and scum in the hot tub that you could see the dirt there were children playing. There was no water fall on. It was very dirty. The door was open. The outside area was a mess. It was not a luxury stay by any means and the pool was cold. We didn’t check in until after 2 o’clock in the morning we asked for a 1 o’clock check out and they wanted to charge us an extra $20 and pushed us out of there which I would assume coming in late that getting a 1 o’clock check out would not be a big deal, especially when the hotel was in horrible condition and practically empty.

The elevators were broke, the air conditioning was broken, the staff was rude and under staffed, there was no breakfast, VERY noisy. Would NEVER stay there again

Room was very dirty , There were white stains on the couch. Duck tape holding the carpet down by the bathroom. The carpet had stains through out the living room area. Friday morning we went to eat breakfast at 8:20am most of the food items were almost empty. The soda machine was not working all weekend. THe cook to order station was very good but the rest of the food was not very good.Eggs were very runny and the potatoes were dry and over cooked. the sausage were very over cooked and hard. I usually stay at a Embassy Suites because of the breakfast but this was the worst one by far.
