"Likes:
- Friendly and efficient staff overall
- Free on-premise (only) bicycle for each adult guest
- Hotel transportation to private beach
- Great view of lagoon
- Privacy as this is a villa only property
Improvements needed:
- Brakes on most bicycles couldn't stop the bicycles (the property has lots of downward slopes) - need to use feet to stop on the narrow road to avoid incoming buggy cars
- Waited ~20 minutes under the hot sun at the outdoor activities centre for the staff to arrive in order to get and use the hotel kayaks"
