Absolutely incredible stay at the Banyan Tree Phuket - we decided to spoil ourselves for our honeymoon and the double pool villa did not disappoint. Phenomenal suite, pool was wonderful as were the views. Air con great and the bed was super comfortable. In pool breakfast for 1000baht was super worth it too. The staff were incredible; so polite and helpful. The concierge, the buggy team and the spa staff were wonderful. Would absolutely recommend the double pool villa for a special treat.

We loved our three bedroom villa, the children was playing in the private pool everyday, the staff even gave us giant inflatables to use too. Everything about this resort was perfect, the only thing they need to improve on was breakfast time, because it seems like there is not enough tables for all the guests because there is always a wait, however once seated staff was very good and there was plenty of food options. The resort was very quiet and not very near to anything but we only stayed here during the last few days of our holiday so we was happy to just stay at the resort. We will definitely return again!

The Banyan tree resort was really elegant, beautiful and exotic. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. They were also very efficient. There were great dining options too , especially Saffron and Hojo! The only problem is I had to move to another Villa due to the bath tap not working properly, but overall I had a brilliant time and would very much indeed recommend it. I’ll definitely be staying here in a not so distant future.

A very peaceful resort, a bit out of tge way for local shops or restaurants other than those on the resort, which were great. Staff could not have been more helpful or attentive. Local shuttle bus or boat was useful, but only to other resorts. Grab taxis were cheap to get out a d about. Our villa was stunning, well maintained and laid out, ultimate luxury.

A Pleasant, Well-Run Escape

It was a wonderful place to relax. You can enjoy your own private pool or unwind at the hotel’s exclusive beach area. The buggy service is quick and convenient, and bikes are available to explore the large resort grounds. The resort also offers a range of activities such as meditation, yoga, and Muay Thai, so staying more than two nights is highly recommended. Housekeeping was excellent, and the overall operation of the resort appeared to be very eco-friendly. Breakfast is served outdoors, which can feel a bit warm, but the wide variety of international dishes caters well to guests from different countries. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, with the resort’s operations running smoothly and efficiently to support a comfortable experience.

Peaceful retreat with really great service

Lovely pool villas and really great service, particularly the General Manager who is always happy to help. They have some small renovations going on at the moment but it only had a minor impact on our stay, which was quickly resolved by the General Manager. The new beach club is really nice too, we will definitely be back!

Incredible stay at the banyan tree phuket

This place is stunning. Set in a series of lagoons about 20 minutes from Phuket airport. We stayed in a signature pool Villa and it was incredible. Inside the Villa was excellent with so much space even with a giant super king bed. The outside was perfect and we spent most of our time there. Great sunbeds and pool and the covered area was great for shelter from the sun or short downpours of rain. The facilities were exceptional and food incredible. It is more pricy than typical thailand prices but that is expected for what is more than a five star hotel experience. My wife has gluten allergies and they were so helpful and made sure options were available at breakfast. This was just what we needed before travelling south to Karon and kata. Would highly recommend the banyan tree we loved it.
