THINGS TO KNOW

- Dogs welcome with care: We’re happy to host well-behaved dogs. Please bring your own dog bed and keep pets off the furniture to help us maintain the home for all guests.

- Stairs throughout the home: The layout includes interior and exterior stairs and is not wheelchair accessible, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns, small children, or those who prefer a step-free stay.

- Growing community: Pacific Perch is located in the Depoe Hills neighborhood, a new development that is still expanding. You may notice nearby construction during daytime hours, though evenings are typically quiet and peaceful.

- Bunk room setup: The bunk room features two queen beds, making it a great option for teens, adults, or shared sleeping arrangements.

Other Things to Note:

- Terrain & access: The home sits high in the hills, which offers incredible views but includes steep roads and steps.

- Pet considerations: While dogs are welcome, there is limited immediate outdoor yard space due to the hillside setting and ongoing development.

- New home details: As a newer home, occasional final touches and adjustments may still be underway - guest feedback helps guide ongoing improvements.

Wonderful new home with lots of space, storage. Well stocked with everything you might need. Great use of space and spread out bedrooms to give some privacy. We will definitely go back!

Unit needs steps to get into hot tub safely and s nonskid mat at entrance to pool, because flooring is slippery when wet. Drapes in bedrooms need long thin handles to help open and close safely. When we entered the house, the sheer curtains in one bedroom were "broken" --meaning one sheer was balled up in the closet and we could see where the rode had come apart and was at an angle. From the on line advertisement , we expected to see 2 queen beds in upper level bedroom, not 2 queens in bunkbed form.
