Although secure, private parking is included within our (heated in winter time) garage, The Art House is a walker's dream, less than a mile from Denver Convention Center, and less than 2 blocks of the Capitol/Civic Center, Denver Art and Clyfford Still museums, History Colorado, the Art Hotel Denver and dozens of clubs, restaurants and shops. Walkable to downtown, Larimer Square and Union Station, and the ball parks; Red Rocks is a 20 min drive.
