This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and urban convenience, accommodating up to 11 guests, making it ideal for families or groups looking to explore the city.

Step inside this stylish 788 sq. ft. unit and be greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for kids or friends with a twin single and bunk bed setup. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest after a day of adventure.

The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or on the patio, where you can soak in the fresh air and city views. The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable seating arrangement and a TV for entertainment.

Private, heated garage parking is available for select units at Espadin LoHi, including this one. You can reserve one dedicated garage space for an additional cost of $25 per night, providing convenient and secure parking right in the heart of Denver.

Please note that street parking in this area can be limited and competitive, especially during evenings and weekends, so we recommend giving yourself a little extra time to find a spot or securing a private garage parking space ahead of time.

PET-FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet, and a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. By booking with us and bringing a pet, guests agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

We loved our stay here. It's a great building that's very easy to get into. Wonderful location in walking distance to lots of fun restaurants and a quick drive to downtown and many attractions. Parking onsite would have made it even better, but we had no issues finding a parking spot on the block. We also appreciated how the condo was stocked with plenty of cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. We had seven people, and there was plenty of space with very comfortable furnishings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
