Spacious Denver family retreat for 12! This modern home features 4 bedrooms, a bunk area, and two living rooms. Enjoy a private backyard with a hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ. Perfect for large groups, it includes a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you're a short drive from downtown Denver, Boulder, and the Rockies. Ideal for a memorable Colorado getaway with all the comforts of home.

We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and a cozy bunk area. Two bedrooms feature king beds, two have queen beds, and the bunk area offers four twin beds. Each room includes soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades for restful sleep. The primary suite has a private full bathroom, while two additional full bathrooms and a half bath provide convenience for larger groups.

Living spaces
The main floor’s open design brings together comfort and function. Two large living rooms each offer a 65" Smart TV—ideal for cozy movie nights or catching the game. Natural light fills the rooms, highlighting warm textures and welcoming spaces perfect for conversation or quiet downtime. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make it easy to stay productive when needed.
