This luxurious 10th floor condo showcases views of both the Halifax River and Atlantic Ocean. Located up on the 10th floor with a southwest view, this unit is able to comfortably sleep up to 12 guests!

The living room holds a beautiful, new sleeper sofa to enjoy the large flat-screen TV. The living room overlooks the dining area fit with an elegant dining table which seats 6 and features breathtaking views of the Halifax River and city below. Nearby is a counter-top with an additional 3 bar stools so that the whole family can dine together! From the dining room step onto the private balcony and relax in patio furniture while watching the sailboats drift by on the Halifax River.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked and is seamlessly connected with the living room and dining area. The granite counter top that separates the living room and kitchen area acts as a great serving area for food. All kitchen appliances are new and include oven, stove-top, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a dishwasher.

When you are ready to relax and rejuvenate after an exciting adventure at the beach, there are 3 bedrooms to meet your needs. The primary suite hosts a king bed, sitting area with a flat-screen TV, and a private balcony. The primary bathroom holds a gorgeous walk-in shower, 6’ garden tub, and double vanity. The second bedroom, also known as "Mermaid Oasis", has a flat-screen TV, full size bed, and a twin/twin bunk bed, suitable for up to 4 guests. The third bedroom, also known as "Flirty Flamingo", has two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, also suitable for up to 4 guests. The guest bathroom is situated between both guest bedrooms and holds a tub/shower combo.

For guests with accessibility needs, both showers have handheld, adjustable shower heads. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower with about a 5 inch ledge. While the sofas are very comfy, the unit does not include any reclining furniture. The condo complex has a pool hoist and is completely accessible. The condo unit main entrance has no ledge or steps and the balcony has just a small lip for the balcony slider.

Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

Please note that the primary closet is locked off and used as an owner's closet so it will not be accessible to guests.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
