It was clean and although it looks a little older everything was very well taken care off and everything worked perfectly. I can honestly say it was the best hotel I’ve stayed where the AC worked extremely well. For the first time I had to actually turn off cause I was too cold which is odd to say. The property manager was very nice and helpful.

The room was excellent and hotel staff was very helpful. The property is in very good condition, and the amenities are also excellent with on beach access directly from the property. Parking was good. We will definitely stay at the Flamingo again.

Perfect view off the 3rd floor, Thank you for myWONDERFUL stay! I WILL be back again! I would recommend your service to anyone! I LOVED how clean everything was , even the stairwells smelled like Pine-Sol. My only issue was that day I stayed there, they didn’t attend the bed, refill my towels including the foot towel for when you step out of the shower, or any towels for the kitchen. Or then that, the services there were FABULOUS. Thank you very very much!! To the lady who took care of me, thank you!! (I don’t think I caught your name but you were from Lebanon and had blonde hair. I would love to work for you too!)

The view is a side view but had a beautiful view of the ocean & I got to see the sunrise from my room. The manager (owner?) was exceptionally nice. I will be going back for a leisurely stay!

This motel is absolutely awesome! Extremely clean. The front dest manager "Nell" was so attentive and made sure my stay was the best it could be. Because of her I booked another 3 days. And it was awesome. The ambience is out of this world. I would recommend this hotel for people with or without kids.

This was a last minute spur of the moment trip. When booking I didn’t think about the fact that my mom cannot climb stairs so when we got to the location, it was very appreciated that Nell worked to get us on a ground floor room, even though that limited our view to the water. however, we could walk just a very few steps and see the water and we could pull our chairs out from the patio area and see it. It is a pet friendly hotel they even brought dog bowls to the room for our dog. I was a little disappointed that they don’t actually have a spot for the dogs to use the bathroom on the property. You have to walk down the street or away from the property, which is not convenient. It also says that pets can’t be left behind in the room, which makes it difficult to go to dinner or out on the beach because not every place will accommodate animals. The room was very clean, especially for a place that often has animals. Beach access was right there and a small pool was just enough area to be relaxed and not among the hustle and bustle of the bigger hotels. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

I am surprised at any bad reviews! The room was immaculate, staff was amazing- always checking to see if we needed anything! Pool was heated and clear sparkling water. Hands down an A plus rating!
