The room is ok. The bathroom is awkwardly designed with a pocket door that doesn’t close all the way or move smoothly. Considering the price for a 1 night stay and no breakfast is included, I’m pretty disappointed.

The service was good and staff was friendly. The price was decent. The room had a strange smell. Had to ask for clean sheets upon arrival because there were stains. Had a few palmetto bugs.

Everything started out great; a clean room, ease of check-in, courteous check-in staff. I am an evening tea drinker. I went to heat up a cup of tea with the microwave... it did not work. There were no instructions on how to use it. I called the front desk to confirm I was operating it correctly. I was, it just didn't work. No maintenance staff were available; they had all left for the day. It was a bit disappointing, but everything else about the room was fine.

The mattress was dirty. I broke out in hives, so who knows if the room was even clean and wasn’t notified until the day before I arrive that they were painting the front of the building so we had to park in the back parking lot which was extremely inconvenient. There were no ramps or anything to wheel my luggage down.
