We checked in late staff called to checked to make sure we were coming which was appreciated. Clean room, clean beds amazing view of the beach spacious room. Staff was on top of cleaning the grounds and pool even while it was raining! Only thing I can pick at was the stairwell could use a pressure washing. When we stay again in Daytona it will be here.

At first glance, honestly, I was nervous because we pulled into the wrong entrance of the Perry… But once we got to the right entrance of the resort, everything was wonderful, the staff was more than accommodating and the rooms we’re clean and safe. We are from a beach community in the northeast and for a direct beach access hotel room, these were outstanding, they were large and clean.

It was a wonderful stay. Room was a bit expensive but it was clean, spacious, and had a stove top. Beach access is great! The lawn area with the view of the beach is gorgeous. I wouldve preferred to have a balcony off my room, instead of being the indoor pool area but it was still really nice.

Room was very clean. Although you can tell the buildings are old, they have clearly been renovated. The pools are all stunning, the indoor hot tub is nice and large also. Great place for familes, my son loved having his own space overlooking the ocean. The grounds are beautifully maintained with direct access to the beach and ocean with places to leave your bags and shoes while you explore the beach. They have rinse stations at the beach entry points as well thats a nice plus. Would absolutely book again in the future!
