The whole property was heavily weathered. Active wasps nests next to the pool. Buffet breakfast was not worth the price. Bad server. The steakhouse was very good.

Right from the start, upon arrival for check-in, I faced a 25-minute wait just to get into the valet lane, only to find out that my truck couldn't be accommodated in the valet parking due to its size. I wondered why they couldn't simply drive it to the self-parking area instead. The hotel was notably busy, likely due to several business conferences happening over the weekend. However, the situation was exacerbated by the fact that I was assigned a room on the 10th floor and only one out of the four elevators was operational. Even more frustrating was that this sole working elevator had a malfunctioning button system that only allowed it to go up, stopping at every single floor on the way to the lobby, and it was restricted to carrying no more than eight people at a time. Given these experiences, coupled with the worn-out condition of the rooms and the outdated furnishings and lighting, I am inclined to avoid staying at this hotel in the future. To label such a place as a Hilton would be to tarnish the brand's reputation.

Parking is so difficult! You have to pay $35 a night to park across the street in a not so great area. It is a little hike to get to the parking lot. Then most of the time it said lot was full, so you had to pray there was still a spot. Valet is $50 a night and always had a line to get your car! The beach area was closed right by the resort. You had to walk all the way down toward the boardwalk to get on the beach. Takes away from the beach front aspect of the hotel. The worst part was you had to plan at least 10- 15 minutes to get a elevator! They were always busy- and rumor had it only 3 out of the 4 were working. When we asked an employee, they said they were renovating them one at a time. Also, housekeeping had to use the same elevators. One day I couldn't eve get an elevator to go walk on the beach- I had to go down 15 flights of stairs! overall this hotel is NOT worth the price! It was a hassle for everyone!

I had a terrible experience. Parking fees were outrageous 50.00 per night elevators were not working staff was not pleasant Nor knowledgeable or informative rooms were dirty not up to par furniture was broken it looked like it was drenched in water for days the rug was moist it was just not a good experience all the way around. Balcony pictures were deceiving it didn't even have a balcony just some raills up against the sliding door

This place needs lots of maintenance. The elevators are big start. 2 of the 4 did not work. The two that did work were scary at best. Better parking os another issue. They also tried to charge me for parking even though we were not able to even park in their lots and had to park in city parking. Make sure to get receipt when checking out.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation when it comes to rooms. The lobby and restaurant are great but the room was musky smelling and the bottom of the door jam in the bathroom was so rusted there were gaps where you could cut a toe. Arrival was a crazy show and the vending area on the 4th floor smelled like urine.

The property is outdated. My room had a sofa that was frayed with ripped cushions. The elevators weren’t working most days so there were lines to use the one that was working. I had to use the stairs. Valet told use we couldn’t day valet at one spot and sent us to the other. Friends came in right after and were allowed to day valet. Valet drive up wait ON THE STREET was 30 minutes. Very poor setup.

This hotel should be closed down. AC in the room not working properly. Elevator was not working had to go down 8 flight of stairs . Supposedly the elevator was fixed got stuck on the elevator for over 20 minutes. They charge $25 for resort fee. Why if nothing is working hotel is outdated, dirty .Had to use the service elevator. Parking is way too expensive $35 overnight parking. PLEASE DONT Book this hotel . It should be closed down :(

The elevators sound like they are fixing to break. The sounds they make are scary. There’s no stairs to the beach. You have to walk down a ways to get on there. It just looks old. Not what you’d think of the Hilton brand.
