My stay was horriblle the sheets were dirty the room was still under construction it looked like the stumps and roots in the parking lot my kid fell on and hurt herself I paid extra to sleep in and I was woke up by staff at check out at 11 but paid until 1pm was pissed

The rooms were not clean. The showers had mold on the ceiling. There was an unknown substance on the walls of the bathroom. The ceiling in the had stains. The door jams had been broke. And the fix was just some plaster over it.

So so nasty!! Stay away from here. 3rd world country dirt floor hut would be better. Room was FILTHY. Cigarette ashes piled on the floor, Cigarette burn marks on the furniture, hair and i mean lots of hair everywhere. Toliet took 3 flushes for just #1. Bathroom door wouldn't close because it didn't fit the frame. Holes in sheets and comforters, no toliet paper in room, more cords than outlets so you had to chose tv or lights, heavy bleach smell but not clean, must have just sprayed it in the air, dirt was on everything...walls, base boards, phone and etc. Photos for hotel have to be more than a decade old! STAY AWAY! Sleeping under a bridge would be better.

Everything! They gave away our room, a king suite. Then gave us a 2 double bed room where there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that dripped all over the toilet and sink counter. You could not go to the bathroom without getting wet. Then I was told I had to talk to the manager who wouldnt answer the phone. This hotel is disgusting, a health hazard!!!

Room and linen were clean. There was no toilet paper in the room. Had to go the office to get one. Later, went back to office to get a second roll. Manager complained that he already gave us one. Toilet not working properly, took 4 flushes to completely flush. Floor in bathroom looked as if the toilet had an overflow in past that was not totally cleaned. Poop stains. Microwave not plugged in. Had to move it to the bathroom.

We were hoping for early check-in, was not able to get it, and then after waiting till three, which we realize was the official check-in time, for a clean room, the room turned out to be not very clean at all, at least about what we would expect for a hotel bearing this name, the bathroom was very poorly lit as was much of the room itself. One of the beds had a support sticking out from the bottom of it. I could hear every sound throughout the building, particularly the slamming of the doors as people opened and closed them both to their rooms and to the exterior of the building. This was an unwelcome racket to be woken up to in the morning. We were only there for a single night so we didn’t use any of the amenities just because you have the cheapest prices around shouldn’t mean the quality of your business should reflect that.

The bathroom has mold all over the ceiling, the bathtub basin was unsafe and well as the shower curtain would not stay in place due to over pressure of the water supply. Smelled weed and cigarette smoke all the time. We will never stay there again. The overall appearance of the hotel was very run down and in poor condition.

It began when we called to see how late we could check in and the automated system transferred us to the front desk that hung up on us twice. We entered all our information and credit card on their site including a picture of my drivers license only to have them make copies. Now I’m concerned about identity theft. We got to the building and the exterior security door was open but either way the glass was blown out. Our room door was open with the dead bolt keeping it from shutting. The door lock was sketchy and lacked a chain or other locking mechanism. The room was fairly dirty and had holes in the drywall for wires and other places. Could have had camera. It was all sketchy. The curtain had a burnt hole in it. We got in late so we wanted to sleep but hammering and sawing began in the room next door at 8:30. It continued until we left at 10. I’ve stayed at some bad hotels this one was probably the worst.

Door jam you can see that the deadbolt was commonly left out so that the door wouldn’t close like it was when we arrived.
